All BSE employees shall participate in the establishment and execution of its unique environmental management system; in particular, those manager-level employees at BSE shall set their annual environment goals and execute relevant action plans.

If there is any request by those external parties concerned, this environment policy will be disclosed or provided to them.

CEO shall ensure that this environment policy will be clearly communicated to every employee and accordingly implemented.
